For UPS 2 day air the order must be placed by December 19 (Although UPS service is usually timely, they do not GUARANTEE 3 Day & 2 Day deliveries). Next Day Air is not available. Standard shipping in the continental US is UPS Ground (in some cases US mail may be used), but faster options are available when you place your order. There is a flat handling charge of $3.75 and then a per item charge. For example, if you ordered a single flute, you would see that it has an item charge of $8, so your total for UPS Ground shipping would be $11.75. If you order multiple items, there is a maximum shipping charge of $12.75. UPS 3 Day Shipping adds $14.00 to each order, UPS 2nd Day adds $18.00. Due to our remote location we are unable to offer NEXT DAY AIR service. Remember UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. UPS doesn't count weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays in calculating the delivery time. We do not ship or process orders on weekends so allow for that time and 2nd Day and 3-Day orders are shipped within 48 hours after we receive them.. Online credit card transactions are handled on a secure server. You can also pay by check or money order - after you finish adding items to your shopping cart, go to Place Order and select "Offline Ordering" which creates a form you can print out and mail with your check.
