Because the spammers kept grabbing e-mail addresses from our website and overwhelming us with dozens and dozens of pieces of junk mail every day, we now have the form below for e-mail contact: it still gets to us, but hopefully it'll make it harder for the spammers to reach us.
Here's some answers to a couple of questions that generate frequent e-mail from our website visitors:
Q: Windows Media Player won't play your audio samples of Odell's flutes.

Q: Was thinking of ordering a flute from you. The info says that the S&H is $8 on the "C" flute, but when I place it in the cart that goes up to another price. Which is it?
A: As the Shipping Info link on each page explains, "There is a flat charge of $3.75 for UPS Ground and then a per item charge. For example, if you ordered a single flute, you would see that it has an item charge of $8, so your total for UPS Ground shipping would be $11.75."
